The disc of new British choral music entitled Even such is Time features a completely different selection of composers and will appeal to a substantially different audience. The disc demonstrates the continuing evolution of the English choral tradition. Some of the most successful items are based on Plainsong, but clichés associated with “holy minimalism” are generally avoided.
